Lateef has built his career at the intersection of technology and education. He has spent over two decades consulting tech & financial services companies like Qualcomm, Marsh and Mclennan, and JPMC on complex, global information governance, security, and compliance matters. Much of this time was spent educating clients on the adaptation and use of new technologies. He holds degrees from Morehouse (B.S. in Computer Science) and Harvard (B.A. in Digital Media & Instructional Design). He is now using his unique educational and professional experience to lead AiLi’s revolutionary approach to ed tech, envisioning a future fueled by innovation and propelled by boundless imagination.

Prior to Hartbeat, she held leadership roles at Fortune 500 brands such as Meta, Sony, Publicis, and WPP. A staunch advocate for inclusive media representation, gender pay equity, and mental health, she has championed overlooked voices through initiatives like Women Write Now, a partnership with Hartbeat, Sundance Institute, and JPMC, and Sugaberry - the first audio network for and by Black women.
