At AiLi, we're dedicated to making AI inclusive and accessible to everyone. Historically, women and people of color have been left out of major tech advancements, leading to gaps in access, information, and opportunities. We’re here to change that by ensuring AI represents and benefits all of us.

Why Diversity Matters

Diversity isn’t just the right thing to do—it drives growth and innovation. With only 2-3% of tech workers being Black and Latinx representation in tech at only 7%, the industry has a lot of catching up to do. This lack of diversity limits opportunities and perpetuates bias.

Using AI to Close the Gap

We use AI to create opportunities, not barriers. When women and people of color are underrepresented in AI research, it leads to biased algorithms that affect real-world outcomes, like hiring practices and the justice system. By including diverse voices, we can build fairer, more effective AI.
